DOCUMENT REQUIRED:

To Get Married in the Cook Islands you will need the following Papers

** Birth Certificates and Passports (if previously married - Divorce Decree papers. If widowed - death certificate of partner.

** Wedding couples are required by law to be in the Cook Island 4 working days from the time of visiting the Registrar prior to wedding date set.

** Ministry of Justice charges a fee of $50 (There is a $45 last minute fee)

WEDDING CO-ORDINATOR

Hugh Henry *& Assc. assigns you your own personal wedding co-ordinator, who will meet you at your hotel on arrival on Rarotonga, and take you to the Ministry of Justice to apply for your marriage license. Then off to look at a few ceremony locations to choose from and finalize all other arrangements for your wedding. Your personal wedding co-ordinator will also arrange meetings with the Minister/Celebrant to discuss wedding vows, Florist total flowers and any other request that you have.
